• R&D Facility and Team at premises.
• Electrical Panel manufacturing workshop at premises.
• Sufficient & required numbers of machinery and tools to manufacture products as per orders & as per delivery time stated.
• Sufficient staffs, manpower & sub – contractor to manufacture the components, machines etc.
• Company measures all Environment, Health and Safety & Registered with Municipal Corporation of Ahmedabad.
• Currently, at our workshop premises, we are manufacturing Automatic Bus wash system, 3 Brush Automatic car wash system, High Pressure car wash system, Under chassis wash systems & other cleaning equipments as per our orders

Plant Capacity:

• For “Automatic bus wash system” 35 machines/year and can increase up to 50 machines per year.
• For “3 Brush Automatic car wash system” 8 machines/year.
• For “Under chassis wash system” as per requirement, delivery within 3 weeks.
• Stocking of spare parts for machineries are pre stocked in our stores as per order for timely delivery.
• Almost 70% of our manufacturing work is sub – contracted and under our observation and at our contractors premises

• Electrical Wire Printing Machine – 1 Nos
• Many other small machinery as required for manufacturing is available in our premises.
• Most of work in “Automatic vehicle wash systems” are assembly, test and trail work and with our in – house testing equipments, we are able to measure & check each components is in perfect working condition.
